These luxurious Tiny Floating Cottage™ (TFC) rentals are a combination of a boat and a tiny home.
The TFC rentals have everything vacationers will need to relax in style on the water in South Haven Michigan. They can sleep up to six people in the queen-size beds in the master bedrooms, two twin-size beds in the bunk room and a fold-out sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathrooms have showers, sinks and toilets.
Each TFC rental has a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffeemaker. The TFC rentals are fully air-conditioned in the summer and heated during the winter to ensure guests are comfortable. The living area features a sectional sofa to kick back on and a coffee table that can open to a full-size kitchen table for dining and socialization after a day exploring SOHA. Towels and linens are provided.

There are spacious roof decks accessible via a spiral staircase that makes for the perfect place to relax and take in the sights. The roof decks are furnished with sectional couches, tables and chaise lounges. Guests will enjoy the stunning views afforded in all directions and overlooking the marina basin. TFC rentals feature outdoor seating with decks facing the marina basin and a covered patio with furniture and a gas grill located on shore adjacent to the slip.
The TFC rentals are moored on the Black River, perfect for a wonderful weekend getaway or a vacation of exploring the stunning Lake Michigan coast. TFC rentals are located at The Woodland Harbor Marina, part of the Harbor Club Resort and Marina, offering a full resort experience. The marina has a spacious club house with a large, covered porch, WiFi and heated pool for guests’ enjoyment.
